Matthew Cavin, senior Kemper Scholar from Valparaiso University, has been featured in Business Week’s “The Future of Work” issue. The article, “The Changing Talent Game,” deals with how Americans can ensure they will have work amid the growing globalizing of the economy and “offshoring” of jobs.
